SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We will transport your kitten to the nearest airport to your location, after which the cat will be delivered to your home address if it is convenient for you, so you do not have to leave your home to pick up the puppy from the airport. You can also pick up the kitten at the airport if you wish. This process is professionally handled by our delivery agent, who is responsible for shipping and delivering your kitten in perfect health.
We typically choose air transport for long distance deliveries because it is fastest and less stressful for the cat. We will send you the kitten’s flight details and tracking number after flight registration so that you know when it will arrive in your city. Therefore, we recommend that you be home an hour or two before the kitten lands in your city, as the van will definitely bring the kitten to your home.
Once the cat is brought into your home, we expect you to physically examine the cat to ensure that it has not been injured or mistreated in any way. Please call us as soon as you get your cat and don’t forget to send us pictures of you and the kitten and also send us a review.
You are always welcome to drive to our address and pick up your new cat after you have paid the deposit. We actually prefer if you can pick up your cat in person, whether you’re traveling by car or airline. But we also understand that this is not always possible. If you would like to pick up your kitten, we can hand you the kitten at the airport after receiving the deposit. We can also pick you up at the airport and bring you to our home to collect your kitten.
